Facilities & Property Manager — Construction & Compliance

Dempsey Resource Management is looking for a qualified professional to oversee property management and construction projects. This role requires a Licensed Architect or Civil Engineer with at least 8 years of experience and strong background in budgeting, quality assurance, and vendor management.

You will manage daily facility operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and handle tenant relations. Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino are essential. The role is based in Cavite, with a home base at the Multi-Line Head Office in Quezon City.
