Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from ABET accredited university
EIT or Professional Engineer (PE) licensure preferred, but not required
+ years of practical application of mechanical facilities design engineering, including HVAC, hydronics, process piping, exhaust, plumbing, and related mechanical facilities systems
+ years of experience as a Facility Engineer
+ years of design project delivery processes experience
Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and leadership experience
Solid knowledge and application of the mechanical requirements per ASME and ASME , building codes, fire codes, and other related standards, such as ASHRAE
