**The Role**
As the Facilities Process Engineer, you will oversee and direct mechanical maintenance of plant conveyor systems while leading and developing skilled trades, including:
+ Power and free conveyors, skid conveyors, skillet systems, and roller/belt conveyors
+ Conveyor chains, bearings, sprockets, rollers, and wear components
+ Gearboxes, couplings, shafts, and drive assemblies
+ Mechanical alignment, tensioning, and tracking of conveyor systems
+ Preventive maintenance (PM) planning and execution to drive equipment reliability and uptime
+ Develop, implement, and enforce PM programs for all conveyor mechanical components
+ Troubleshooting mechanical failures such as chain stretch, misalignment, bearing failures, and component wear
+ Repair, rebuild, and replacement of conveyor mechanical components
+ Maintenance of lift stations, transfer systems, and mechanical interfaces between zones
