**Description**
**SALARY**
$27.31 - $43.38
**POSITION SUMMARY**
Posts pay and distribution hours for Facilities Maintenance field force employees to payroll time reports.
**Qualifications**
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Collects time sheets/swipe log daily from designated areas.
* Prepares necessary payroll documents for shop employees including but not limited to 8830 (employees off Sick/IN), Funeral Pay and Jury Pay.
* Posts pay and distribution of hours in Oracle Time Capture.
* Maintains employees’ personal holidays, vacation time and other attendance information.
* Refers to union contracts when questions arise pertaining to payroll issues.
* Operates a personal computer using standard spreadsheet and work processing software to prepare reports and maintain, file and retrieve data.
