Facilities Planning Manager

**Position Objective:** The Facilities Planning Manager will independently provide support services to satisfy the overall operational objectives of the Office of Space and Facilities Management of the National Cancer Institute within the National Institutes of Health.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Serve as point of contact for OSFM Facilities planning logistics program and NCI Frederick space management software implementation team.
+ Coordinate NCI OFSMs Computer Aided Facilities Management CAFMsystem, Planon.
+ Perform system programming; perform system patching and upgrades.
+ Monitor all system and subsystem integration points to confirm working connections
+ Coordinate all required system linkages to any OSFM software applications.
+ Provide advice regarding various guidelines specified by the CAFM systems software.
