Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and experienced facilities management professional who can lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee service performance, and act as the key contract representative across the region. Regular travel between sites will be required, with a car or car allowance provided.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of integrated facilities management services, including planned and reactive maintenance, engineering systems, cleaning, and soft services. Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, acting as a visible and trusted partner across all sites. Manage and develop the contract management team, driving service improvements through audits, performance monitoring, and action planning.
