FACILITIES MANAGER

Summary You will serve as a Facilities Manager in the Fleet Readiness Centers' Infrastructure Optimization and Modernization Program (FIOP), responsible for initiating and establishing technical policies, procedures, and implementing guidance for the maintenance, repair, construction, acquisition, and management of infrastructure resources for all COMFRC HQ. Responsibilities You will provide technical guidance on building maintenance and interacting with senior facility managers. You will plan seating configurations and using facility management systems like the Infrastructure Business Operations Navy Support (iBONS). You will monitor facility conditions, including buildings and parking lots, to identify and address deficiencies. You will coordinate with fire and safety inspectors to ensure personnel safety.
