We’re seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager to take ownership of a premium B-grade commercial office asset in the CBD.

Working closely with the CPM, you’ll be the key onsite contact for tenants, contractors, and the client—driving day-to-day operations, compliance, and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end facilities management of a commercial office asset
• Acting as the primary point of contact for tenants and stakeholders
• Managing reactive and preventative maintenance programs
• Overseeing contractor management, performance, and compliance
