Job Description
Lead the maintenance and operations at Temple Gardens Centre as the Facilities Manager for Oak View Group. This role focuses on HVAC, plumbing, and overall facility management.
As Facilities Manager, reporting to the Director of Operations, you will oversee all maintenance and operations at Temple Gardens Centre. You will manage programs for HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Your expertise will also support capital projects and contractor management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all maintenance services for the venue
• Perform snow removal duties using company vehicles
• Establish and monitor safety standards
• Coordinate work with contractors and vendors
• Analyze challenges and recommend solutions
Requirements:
• 3-5 years’ experience in facility maintenance
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid driver's license
