Job Description
Lead facilities management at Abiona Centre For Infant & Early Mental Health. Ensure compliance, maintenance, and emergency response for a vital community service center.
As the Facilities Manager, you will report to the Director of Finance and Corporate Services. Your role involves developing preventative maintenance programs and supervising maintenance staff. You'll also coordinate with vendors, manage work orders, and provide strategic advice to protect the Centre’s physical assets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop effective preventative maintenance programs
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate vendor services
• Ensure compliance with housing legislation and safety standards
• Manage budgets and maintenance records effectively
• Respond to building emergencies 24/7
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or equivalent
• Minimum five years' experience in facilities management
