Facilities Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance tasks and ensure the smooth operation of our facility. This role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at maintaining a safe and efficient environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine facilities maintenance work.
• Change light bulbs and fix leaks.
• Replace filters as needed.
• Inspect the facility for safety hazards and report any issues.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and maintenance materials.
• Set up and break down rooms for meetings and events.
• Clean and take out trash.

• 2-3 years of experience in facilities maintenance.
