Facilities Maintenance Technician

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The City of Maple Ridge is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to support the operation, maintenance, and repair of municipal facilities and building systems. This role performs a broad range of technical maintenance work, ensuring building systems operate safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established standards.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Maintain and operate building systems including HVAC, lighting, ventilation, and mechanical systems


• Inspect equipment, monitor system performance, and perform routine maintenance and repairs


• Troubleshoot issues and complete minor repairs; escalate complex issues as required
