+ Perform routine light maintenance tasks including tightening hardware and patching minor wall damage.
+ Unclog drains, troubleshoot simple plumbing issues, and coordinate with vendors if additional repairs are needed.
+ Replace light bulbs and basic electrical components as needed (non-licensed electrical work only).
