Major/Essential Functions
Performs routine and preventive maintenance on buildings and equipment, including HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work, pertaining to minor building maintenance and remodeling. Listens, follows, and executes duties given by supervisor.Documents and finalizes maintenance requests as needed. General HVAC and maintenance skills, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other physical functions in accordance with standard operating procedures, internal requirements, manufacturer's specifications, and safety policies.General knowledge and understanding of building heating, air conditioning, and ventilating equipment, along with related utilities and controls.Ability to work in the construction, erection, install...
