Job Description
To oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of building facilities and utilities. The ideal candidate will lead maintenance teams, manage preventive maintenance programs, coordinate with contractors, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field)
- Preferably a Licensed Engineer (REE/RME)
- At least 3–5 years of facilities or building maintenance experience
- Supervisory experience is an advantage
- Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills
