Responsible for keeping the lot and building floors clear of debris and in orderly condition. This may include but not limited to mopping and sweeping, picking up trash, removing snow, and salting the sidewalks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (not in order of priority):
Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum work areas, hallways, stairs and office space.Clean and sanitize restrooms including toilets, sinks, stall walls and floors.Empty trash and garbage containers. Replace air filters.Maintain building by performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities.Notify management concerning needed repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.Clean snow and debris from sidewalks.
