Moment Energy is seeking a proactive and highly organized Facilities Lead to oversee the operations, maintenance, and infrastructure of our growing manufacturing facility. As we transition into a significantly larger production space, this role will ensure that our facilities, equipment infrastructure, and workplace systems operate efficiently, safely, and reliably.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the company’s manufacturing and office facilities.
• Ensure facility infrastructure (power distribution, HVAC, safety systems, lighting, etc.) operates reliably to support manufacturing activities.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance programs for building systems and facility equipment.
• Manage relationships with facility service providers, contractors, and vendors.
