Job Description

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Administrator Cum Receptionist in Singapore to support the facilities team with administrative tasks and guest management. The role emphasizes a professional front desk presence, strict visitor screening, and adherence to security protocols.

You will also oversee meeting room readiness, coordinate health and safety activities, and assist with vendor management and office logistics. A Diploma in Facilities Management and 2–3 years of relevant experience are preferred.
