Job Description
Job Purpose
The Facilities Engineer is responsible for the planning, operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, vertical transportation, and building systems within the assigned properties. The role ensures that facilities are maintained in a safe, reliable, efficient, and cost-effective manner while supporting business continuity, regulatory compliance, tenant satisfaction, and asset preservation.
Key Responsibilities
Facilities Operations and Maintenance
Oversee the operation and maintenance of all building engineering systems including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, lifts, generators, pumps, and BMS systems.
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all critical building assets.
Ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
