Job Summary:
TheFacilities Coordinatoris responsible for building operations andworking with vendors on themaintenance ona varietyof systems including but not limited to electrical, HVAC, waste removal, compressed air and gases, water, plumbing, building automation, life safetyand participating in all compliance and quality assurance requirements. Partnership and teamwork with multipleinternaldepartments will berequired, as well asnumerousexternal vendors.
Responsibilities:
Trouble shoot issues and repair facilities equipment using mechanicalandelectronicskills.
Create andmaintainequipment procedure and documentation. Record maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting in checklists and internal share drive.
