Job Description
Summary
We're looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator with the skills to keep our properties and outdoor spaces well maintained, safe and welcoming for everyone who visits.
Salary: £25,837.50 per annum / £13.25 per hour
Contract: Permanent
Hours/ working pattern: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week. Regular weekend work required.
This role will be based from our Fyne Court estate office. Travel across the portfolio is an essential part of the role and due to this travel, a full driving license is required.
Interviews will be held at Fyne Court on 29th July.
