Facilities & CapEx Projects Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all plant infrastructure, including electrical systems, HVAC, fire protection, CDA (compressed dry air), water supply/drainage, and sanitation systems.
• Develop and manage routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance plans for plant equipment.
• Coordinate, plan, and oversee construction, renovation, or equipment installation projects within the plant.
• Contractor management, including communication, evaluation, competitive bidding, and construction supervision.
• Ensure projects comply with NOM standards and assist with government permit processes.
• Collaborate with the Asia team to advance various projects.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field. Intermediate English or above.
