Facilities Associate


Summary
The Facilities Associate supports day-to-day facility operations that impact patient care and staff effectiveness. This hands-on role troubleshoots facility issues, coordinates repairs and room setups, and works closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure safe, efficient clinical and office environments.


Key Responsibilities




  • Respond to and resolve general facility and workspace issues; escalate as needed




  • Coordinate room setups, furniture moves, and space reconfigurations
