Role
A proactive and highly organised Facilities Assistant will support the day‑to‑day operation of Faculty buildings and facilities within the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences. The role contributes to a safe, functional, and welcoming environment that supports teaching, research, clinical activity and professional services.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate facilities inquiries, maintenance requests, repairs and building access arrangements.
- Conduct regular building inspections and support staff and room moves.
- Collaborate with Estates & Facilities, IT Services, contractors and colleagues to resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
- Support procurement and administrative activities, operational projects and space improvements across the Faculty.
