Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an EH&S management system including risk assessments, safety tours, hazard identification, accident/near‑miss/incident investigation and reporting.
• Identify and implement metrics for assigned facilities.
• Advise on maintenance and improvement of safe systems of work, influencing site leadership to achieve business certification aspirations (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Prepare and analyse monthly EH&S reports for site leadership, providing industry benchmark comparisons and KPI data.
