Job Description

Support the Facilities Team as an Administrative Assistant, providing essential administrative services and support. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving abilities.

In this key role, you'll report directly to the Senior Program Lead. Responsibilities include maintaining email lists, managing accommodation bookings, and assisting with facility repairs. With a focus on detail and policy adherence, you'll collaborate with contractors and liaise with the Property Manager to ensure that the facilities run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain building-specific communication lines
• Manage accommodation bookings based on operational needs
• Coordinate facility maintenance actions and work orders
• Track lodge occupancy and assist with budget spreadsheets
• Order and stock office supplies as needed
