Role Overview

The Fabrication Manager serves as the lead for all production aspects of their typology/projects. They coordinate cross‑functional collaboration between Digital Planning, Technical Planning, Manufacturing, Fabrication, and Finishing to ensure seamless project development and execution. The Fabrication Manager plays a critical role in translating technical designs into efficient fabrication processes while maintaining Spearhead’s commitment to quality, innovation, and craftsmanship.
