Job Title: Fabrication Manager
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 DOE
Contract: Permanent | Full Time
The Flavour Network is recruiting on behalf of a large, established manufacturing business seeking an experienced Fabrication Manager to oversee workshop operations.
This role would suit a hands-on leader with a strong background in fabrication who enjoys driving performance, developing teams, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards. You will play a key role in managing workflow, improving operational efficiency and maintaining quality throughout the manufacturing process.
Working closely with engineering, production and senior management teams, you will help ensure customer requirements are met while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
