The Role
- Plan and deliver engaging, play‑based learning experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework.
- Create a warm, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
- Support children's social, emotional and academic development.
- Monitor, assess and record pupil progress effectively.
- Build strong relationships with parents, carers and the wider school community.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning.
