Extrusion Machine Operator

Pay Rate: $20-26 Depending on Experience

Night Shift 7PM - 7AM

Job Description:

• Operates equipment at or above acceptable levels of operation, including waste, quality, efficiency, and utilization, on a regular and safe basis.


• Through proper modifications to various sections of the machine, troubleshoot, detect, and correct machine-related problems.


• Invent new ways to solve industrial problems.


• Provides assistance and direction to less experienced employees.


• Completes the necessary papers at the end of the shift.


• Capable of inspecting and identifying defective products, as well as making machine changes to eliminate the source of faults.


• Mechanical aptitude, demonstrated problem-solving skills, and strong writing and verbal communication skills are necessary.
