Skyline Contracting is seeking an Exterior Building Maintenance Technician to join our team in Caistor Centre, ON. The role requires travel to various job sites, travel is often within one hour of Skyline’s Headquarters. The candidate will report to the Skyline Contracting yard in Caistor Centre, at 7:30am, Monday – Friday, and be dispatched in the Skyline Fleet.
The Technician should be well-versed in roofing systems, including sloped shingle, metal, and flat. The Maintenance Technician performs hands‑on repair, maintenance, and inspection work on exterior building systems — including roofing, siding, eavestroughs, soffit, fascia, and sealants.
