About the Role

As a CBRE Project Management Director, you’ll be responsible for department‑related management services within an assigned geographic market, program, or client account to achieve the company's strategic business objectives. This role is part of the Project Management function and involves managing projects from initiation through completion.

What You'll Do

• Provide formal supervision to employees; monitor training and development; conduct performance evaluations and coaching; oversee recruiting and hiring.
• Coordinate and manage the team’s daily activities; establish schedules, assign tasks, cross‑train staff; set and track deadlines; mentor as needed.
