Export Factory Operations Leader

JAC Recruitment is seeking a Deputy Factory Manager for a Malaysia-based export‑oriented steel pipe fittings manufacturer. You will oversee daily factory operations, drive production efficiency, ensure quality compliance, control costs, and secure on‑time delivery across a dynamic site.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field with 8–12 years in manufacturing, preferably with export experience. English is essential; Mandarin is a plus for HQ coordination.
