Expert L&D at JazzWorld works closely with divisional teams and learning champions across JazzWorld to translate business priorities into high-quality learning content, sessions, and AI-enabled delivery.

This role sits within the Learning and Culture department within the People & Organization Division at Jazz, reporting directly to the Manager Leadership Development. Key stakeholders include Divisional HODs and learning champions across JazzWorld. This is an individual contributor role with no people management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the first point of contact for divisional learning support, including designing dedicated programmes to serve specific business needs.
• Authors and builds instructionally sound learning content and interactive/gamified experiences (scenarios, simulations, microlearning) for JazzWorld and its OpCos where applicable, using structured design principles and authoring/animation tools.
