Job Description
Redpath Canada Limited is seeking a Lead Electrician for its Great Bear project in Red Lake, ON. This position offers a challenging role focusing on advanced electrical systems and safety protocols in a 14/14 rotation.
As a Lead Electrician, you will take charge of electrical installations and maintenance within both surface and underground operations. Your role includes troubleshooting, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Extensive electrical knowledge, combined with practical leadership skills, will be essential to drive team success and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage installation and repairs of electrical equipment
• Troubleshoot complex electrical systems including PLCs
• Fabricate and maintain electrical panels as necessary
• Mentor and train newer electricians on-site
• Enforce health and safety policies consistently
