Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will leverage your HR knowledge to assist managers with performance management, conflict resolution, and compliance with collective agreements. Your ability to conduct thorough investigations and counsel on grievance procedures will be essential. You'll contribute to a healthy company culture by mentoring leaders and participating in collective bargaining initiatives.
