Role Overview

Business analysts are responsible for serving as liaisons between all the departments and the IS&T organization. We collect, analyze, develop, document, communicate business requirements, and support user testing to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful delivery of technology-based projects within the constraints of time, scope, resources, cost, and quality.
• Manage project lifecycle, including business case approval, requirements gathering from business stakeholders and analysis, project planning, maintaining resource calendar, design, implementation, integration testing, user acceptance testing, arranging trainings for support teams, project handover to operations, and updating lessons learned.
• Construct the requirement specifications document, obtain contractors’ SOW, and manage the change control process.
