Experienced Service Technician Needed

Job Responsibilities:

Installation process of equipment including mail meter and insert postage machines, etc...

Provide end user training on-site with customers Troubleshooting via phone and on-site equipment repair

Heavy lifting required

Communicate effectively with Service Coordinator regarding service calls

Operating box truck, fork lift and other company vehicles as needed

Qualifications:

Networking and Software management knowledge

Strong Mechanical aptitude Critical thinking skills

Must be highly self-motivated, professional, friendly, outgoing

Have the ability to work independently and as a team

Strong organizational and time management skills

Customer service oriented with strong communication skills

Exceptional attitude Current Valid Driver's License
