Experienced Residential HVAC Service & Installation Technician

A&A Quick Cooling is a small, caring, owner-operated HVAC company serving residential customers throughout Los Angeles. We are looking for an experienced HVAC technician who can independently handle both residential service calls and system installations.

We are hiring immediately to meet increased summer demand. This position will begin with full-time seasonal hours and a 60-day introductory evaluation period. Our goal is to keep the right technician year-round, based on performance, reliability, customer satisfaction, and continuing business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, service, maintain, and repair residential heating and air-conditioning systems
• Perform residential HVAC installations, replacements, and system changeouts
• Troubleshoot electrical, airflow, thermostat, and refrigerant-related problems
