Construction Procurement Manager

Salary: $115,000 per annum + Bonus. Onsite 5 days a week in Mississauga.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8-10+ years of experience working within procurement within construction
• Strong understanding of the full construction lifecycle, including permitting, design, scheduling, and coordination with architects and general contractors (GCs)
• Proven experience managing complex vendor contracts valued between $10M–$15M
• Experience establishing and managing vendor KPIs, including performance tracking and vendor rating systems
• Demonstrated people leadership experience; this role will manage 2–3 individuals and support potential team growth. Includes mentoring and coaching procurement specialists and driving their professional development through regular business reviews and one‑on‑one sessions
