As a Private Adult Nurse, you will specialize in End of Life care, Post-Operative recovery, and complex adult care. You'll work directly with clients and families, ensuring quality care and a supportive environment while closely collaborating with healthcare teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support clients with complex clinical needs in their homes
• Deliver compassionate End of Life care tailored to individuals
• Administer medication accurately and provide wound management
• Facilitate effective communication with families
• Care for clients with diverse medical requirements
Requirements:
• 12 months’ nursing experience in the UK, preferably in related settings
• Autonomous and confident in clinical decision-making
