Join Unilock as an Experienced Payroll Specialist in Georgetown, Ontario, and take charge of payroll processing. This role offers an opportunity to manage payroll for a diverse workforce across Ontario and Quebec.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accurate and compliant processing of biweekly payroll for approximately 300 employees while providing exceptional support and training. You'll utilize your strong attention to detail to maintain payroll data and improve payroll processes in collaboration with management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process payroll biweekly and ensure regulatory compliance
• Maintain records in the Human Capital Management system
• Reconcile payroll-related accounts and prepare journal entries
• Address payroll inquiries and enhance employee services
• Collaborate with external administrators on payroll taxes
