In this role, you will manage the Operations team, take charge of production scheduling, and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Your leadership will entail developing key performance indicators (KPIs) while ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a collaborative culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Operations team and evaluate performance metrics
• Manage production schedules with Superintendents and Planners
• Create and oversee departmental budget and expenses
• Initiate Operational Excellence and STAR Factory strategies
• Ensure compliance with Ontario safety regulations
Requirements:
• B.S. Degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline
• Over 10 years in Operations within chemical manufacturing
• 5+ years leadership experience in manufacturing preferred
