Key Responsibilities:
• Lead site inspections and develop improvement strategies
• Resolve outstanding work orders in a timely manner
• Supervise maintenance staff and conduct training sessions
• Assist with fire safety plan enhancements and drills
• Ensure thorough compliance through regular inspections
Requirements:
• College Diploma or apprenticeship in a related field
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience
