This role entails managing up to 50 litigation files while providing status reports and legal opinions. Be at the forefront of litigation, using your skills to achieve excellent legal results. Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of up to 50 litigation files Provide regular status reports and legal opinions Conduct mediations, JDRs, and legal trials Ensure adherence to department processes and client satisfaction Collaborate with internal teams to minimize loss costs Qualifications
Law degree from an accredited institution Member in positive standing with Alberta Law Society Minimum 3 years of litigation experience required Solid negotiation and advocacy skills Excellent technical and computer skills
