Become a pivotal force in land development as an experienced Project Manager. Your leadership will facilitate comprehensive oversight of large-scale residential, industrial, and commercial projects in Calgary.
You will be integral to shaping projects from start to finish, managing relationships with clients and guiding engineering teams to meet tight deadlines. With a strong focus on stakeholder collaboration, you'll also handle the coordination of diverse disciplines and ensure that all permits and approvals are obtained for successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct all phases of land development projects
• Cultivate relationships with clients and identify opportunities
• Provide mentorship to project engineers and staff
• Coordinate with geotechnical, legal, and environmental teams
