The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and proficiency in CNC programming, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints. You will be integral in maintaining production efficiency while troubleshooting and improving existing programs.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and optimize CNC programs for lathes • Set up machines for operators, ensuring first-off requirements • Troubleshoot programming issues for production efficiency • Participate in tool and fixture selection for new parts • Conduct in-process inspections for accuracy
