Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present meals in line with the hotel’s menu and quality standards.
- Ensure food is prepared fresh, safely, and consistently for customers.
- Assist with menu planning, specials, and seasonal food offerings.
- Maintain high standards of food presentation, portion control, and kitchen hygiene.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients and kitchen supplies.
