Bakers Delight Erina Fair is seeking a qualified and experienced Baker to join our busy production team. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and motivated baker who takes pride in producing fresh, high-quality breads and bakery products.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure and weigh flour, yeast and other ingredients to prepare dough
  
• Mix, knead, mature, cut, mould and shape dough by hand and using bakery equipment
  
• Prepare and bake breads, rolls, buns, artisan products and other bakery items
  
• Operate mixers, dough dividers, moulders, provers and commercial ovens
  
• Monitor dough fermentation, proving times and dough temperatures
