Role Title: Experienced Asphalt Crew

About the role
This is a hands‑on, site‑based role working across a variety of asphalt paving projects throughout Central Otago. You'll be part of a close‑knit paving crew operating specialised plant and assisting with the delivery of high‑quality asphalt works. Working in a practical outdoor environment, you'll play an important role in ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard.
Key responsibilities
- Operate asphalt pavers, rollers, skid steer loaders and other paving equipment.
- Perform pre‑start inspections and assist with the cleaning and maintenance of plant and equipment.
- Support asphalt paving operations to achieve the required quality, finish and production targets.
- Follow site‑specific health, safety and environmental requirements at all times.
